Alterist Marketplace is Launching Made To Order
As our mission is to reduce textile waste, we are always looking for new innovative ways to produce high-quality, stylish clothing which minimises wastage is why we’ve launched our Made To Order function on the Alterist Marketplace. From now, you will be able to find a design from your favourite Alterist Designer, and order it in your size specifics! Read on, to find out exactly how it works.
How To Order A Made To Order Product?
At Alterist, we offer a made to order feature, where you can pick a style from a designer and you can order in your size specifics. Not only does this mean that you’ll get a garment that fits your size, but it also means that we’re reducing the production of garments that go unsold or unworn due to sizing issues.
Go To SHOP at alterist.com
Click on FILTERS -> SIZE ->“MADE TO ORDER -> APPLY
Pick Your Made To Order Product
Find an item you LOVE -> click on the “MADE TO ORDER” button -> add it to your your cart.
Place Your Order
Select your product and place your order via the normal process.
Email The Designer With Your Order Specifics
Use the contact button on the designer's profile you can send them the specifics of your order. Alternatively, you can wait for the designer to contact you once the order has been processed.
Wait For Your Brand New Custom Piece To Arrive!
While each designer has their own timeframe, which will be specified in the product description or on their profile, made to order pieces typically take between 2 - 4 weeks to create.
Once your order has been completed, the designer will post the order and you’ll get an email with the tracking number.
