a(r)telier KUDERA is the work of Alena Kudera, a CZ/UK artist–designer, maker based in Liverpool. Her practice moves between reconstructed garments, conscious construction, and sculptural textile art — always rooted in circularity, instinct, and emotional storytelling. REKONSTRUKCE transforms discarded garments into one‑of‑a‑kind pieces, using every scrap and celebrating the beauty found in imperfection. KONSTRUKCE offers refined, high‑end designs made from natural, body‑kind materials and shaped through zero‑waste or minimal‑waste pattern cutting. MULTIFORM explores wearable art, sculpture, and collaborative textile work. Alena holds a First Class degree in Fashion Design from Liverpool John Moores University and has exhibited internationally, including London, Tunisia, and China Fashion Weeks, where she received a Top Ten Designer award. Her work challenges the disposability of fast fashion, honouring material stories and the tension between beauty and rawness.
