Oronti Motora-Club. by Soraya Oronti (Fashion Design Graduate from London College of Fashion, UAL), is an emerging fashion design brand that utilises waste car and motorcycle parts along with their accessories. It aims to use these to inspire ideas & exploration around up-cycling and materiality. It highlights the biker culture hand in hand with the mechanical approach of a vehicle whilst both complementing Oronti MC's core wasteland punk aesthetic. Each piece represents a different character that makes up the members of the motor cyber squad. The main materials that Oronti MC utilises are second hand rubber car mats, deadstock materials, self-made textiles combining car mat textures with natural latex liquid and unwanted motocross uniforms. The whole experience of the collection is that of adrenaline and the community of the motorcycle club.
