Captn-Crop strives to create authentic & unique yet everyday pieces at fair prices for all those people who appreciate the quality, creativity and aesthetics of handmade products. We started creating hats because we felt the need for simple, but authentic products of highest quality that are as unique as the people who wear them. Captn Crop values design, functionality and quality above all. By constantly experimenting with new techniques, materials and ideas, new products are always being made and perfected in our Berlin studio and store. Products that constantly accompany us in everyday life, but today are almost exclusively mass-produced, are made by hand at Captn-Crop in the highest quality, variety and individuality. The uniqueness and charm of old fabrics, drawn by time, light and chance, are impossible to produce industrially. To preserve and display the aesthetics, history and culture of textiles through functional products is the basic idea behind Captn-Crop.eing made and perfected in our Berlin studio and store.
Shipping & Returns
As soon as you placed your order, we will start producing your order.
Preparation and production at our shop take around 2 to 5 working days, depending on our order situation and on what and how much you're ordering. Thank you for your understanding!
Depending from where you placed your order and what way of shipping you choose, shipping usually takes between 2 and 14 workdays.
Of course you can return every item, especially when your hat doesn't fit, we're happy to exchange it for you!
But please bear in mind, that we customise most of our products specially for you. So try to measure and choose as good as possible!
Before you want to return your order to our shop, please send us an email to captncrop@gmail.com and we will send you instructions on how best to proceed!
In any case, please attach a note or the order confirmation to the package so that we can assign the package in case of return.
For international returns, please note that you must indicate on the package that it is a return shipment. Please note that otherwise we will not pay customs duty.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Of course we take over any additional shipping costs for return, if the reason of return is because there were problems with the fit which were caused by our team. In all other cases the customer has to bear the additional shipping costs.
In the case of a complaint or exchange, the task of return must be done within 7 working days of notification. Please always send returns with tracking. We assume no liability for missing shipments.
We ask our customers to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
