Shipping & Returns
We ship items once a week on Tuesday mornings to reduce fuel usage caused by multiple trips to the post office, so order by Monday evening to be included in that weeks post. Once sent out, tracking information will be forwarded to you. If you have any issues contact email@example.com.
Empty Brains does accept returns. If you have had any issues with one of our products, please feel free to contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the problem and how it can be solved. We want you to love the piece you purchase and cherish it for a long time so if you are put off by a certain fit and would either like it changed or wish to return it we are open to discussing the possibility of this. To return a piece we will send you an address to post the item to and you will be refunded the full original price of the garment. (not including the postage cost) As soon as we have received the item back and checked its in good condition we will refund you the money.
